On May 19th, Lionsgate Home Entertainment will release the Terminator 2: Skynet Edition on Blu-ray featuring multiple versions of director James Cameron's mega-sequel.  The high-definition Blu-ray format will boast:

• a full 1080p resolution THX-certified transfer via MPEG-4 AVC codec
• a new English DTS-HD Master Audio 6.1 lossless audio track
• Picture-in-picture modes featuring making-of video clips, text commentary and media galleries
• Audio commentary track with 26 members of the cast and crew
• Audio commentary with James Cameron and co-writer William Wisher
• Storyboard and script comparison in-movie
• Interative quizzes and games (sounds like a trivia track or such)
• Exclusive BD-Live games and features via internet-connection
• Encoding for D-Box Motion Control System delivering added impact via special D-Box chairs

But wait, that's not all: while complete details are not yet available, there may also be a six-disc Limited Edition TERMINATOR 2 Complete Collector's Set, comprised of both Extreme and Ultimate Edition DVD versions of the film covering every disc-released cut of Cameron's epic.  Additional premiums are reported to include a digital copy of T2 playable with iTunes or WinMedia computer apps, and the whole set is packaged in a 14-inch T-800 endoskull replica, complete with illuminated eyes and sound effects chip.  Drool cups are available in the lobby as you exit.
