Playmates Toys released a photo gallery preview
of three upcoming action figure sets for TERMINATOR:SALVATION, estimated for delivery in the second quarter of 2009. Sets will be available in 3.75", 6" and 10" sizes, all are fully articulated, offer multiple accessories, and exact movie styling.
While actual set quantities and specific figure assortments are not yet finalized, each proposed set of figures will include Terminators and lead characters like John Connor (Christian Bale), Marcus Wright (Sam Worthington) or others. From these first look images, it looks like sets will offer multiple Skynet killing machines including the T-800 Endoskeleton, the T-600, the Hydrobot and some variation on the T-1 seen in TERMINATOR 3: RISE OF THE MACHINES. The larger 6" and 10" Terminator figures will feature illuminated LED eyes, metalized parts and detailed accessories.
